With over 40 DMCs worldwide we provide a service designed to assist event planners/organisers from the initial research stages of the destination, through to the successful execution of your overseas conference, Incentive & Events.

Each of our represented DMCs have had to comply with our research and assessment procedures, which include client satisfaction, financial stability and liability insurance, in order to ensure that they are able to meet the demands of meeting planners, conference organisers, incentive houses, corporate travel planners and trade associations.

Our DMCs have not only proven their ability in offering expert local knowledge and logistical fulfilment, but have also been established as specialist suppliers in the organisation of conventions, conferences, incentives, meetings & events for employee motivation services.

Request for Proposals

Are acknowledged in house within 2 hours through our office (Monday - Friday), if enquiries are made via our website contact links. Alternatively you can copy us in on [email protected] or the relevant DMC email addresses. All of the dU DMC partner DMCs should have the full proposal sent to you within 3 working days; unless they advise you beforehand of any delays.

By copying us in or sending RFPs directly to us , we are able to monitor and ensure your enquiries are handled in a timely manner as well as provide you with peace of mind that we are working on your behalf to ensure you receive a proposals from our DMCs, tailored to fit the brief within the timeframe requested. Our service is beneficial when multiple destinations are involved, i.e. you send one email and we take care of the rest, providing you with relevant support should you need us at any time.
